Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items)

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Return Address (Important)
As we work with multiple international suppliers, return addresses vary depending on the product.

Please do not send items to any address shown on the package.
All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping where applicable)


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


UK & EU Cancellation Rights
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Bank processing times may vary.


Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Repeated abuse of the returns policy

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition
