Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times
As a dropshipping business, we work with international fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Delays
Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. While we do not control these delays, we will assist in tracking your order and resolving issues where possible.


Tracking Information
Tracking details (where available) will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. ALLSTRONG is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at customerservices@allstrong.co.uk.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
